Ruth McDonnell

Prior to joining FMP, Ruth worked for a national charity which aims to put support around families who find themselves going through a time of crisis.  This involved working alongside primary age children and their parents.  

Ruth's background is in neonatal nursing and midwifery.  She qualified in Nottingham where she practiced for over 20 years.  

She grew up near Reading and moved back to Wokingham with her family in 2019.  When she's not working, Ruth loves spending time with her family.  They love cooking and eating food, walking their dog and playing games together.  She is an avid reader and is a fan of Harlan Coben, Les Miserables and The West Wing.
