Charlotte Chamberlain
Assistant Headteacher (Curriculum)
After completing her A-Levels at The Holt in Wokingham, Charlotte went to the University of Gloucestershire to study for her BEd in Primary Education with a specialism in History. Whilst spending 3 years at university, Charlotte gained experience of teaching both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 but found that her passion lied with the older children in Year 6.
After graduating, Charlotte returned to Wokingham where she starting teaching in another local primary school. She taught both Year 6 for four years and Year 4 for two years before moving to Floreat Montague Park in January 2022.
Charlotte is passionate about giving children the best possible experiences in their final year at primary school and with her knowledge of transition, preparing them well for moving up to secondary school. Having previously led PE for 4 years, Charlotte is also passionate about sport and the effects it can have for children on both their physical and mental health.
In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys watching Reading FC with her dad, travelling with her husband and spending time with friends and family.
